If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

This is a Digital Product. You will not receive a physical product. You will only have a digital Product

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within one days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

  • The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. 
  • If the payment fails the payment will be get refunded and the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Due to the nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a file/zip/plugin or theme there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable.
  • If the digital product is unusable, we need time to try to fix it. Otherwise, we will make a refund.
  • Please note that we are not developers of the provided software products, so our technical support capabilities are limited.
  • We do not change Image/file/product functionality and do not fix developer bugs.
  • Our support team is available, if you have any question or need help in installing or configuring digital products purchased on the website, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Digital Products are not eligible for returning.
  • These are all Digital Products /Links/Zip files.  Once you download product or link, then not eligible for returning.. This product does not have a refund policy

We are digital products sellers. Orders /Product/Zip file can download Immediately by user or  will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours*.
